个人介绍

王定官,助理教授/特聘副研究员,博士生/硕士生导师,射频异质异构集成全国重点实验室成员。2013年本科毕业于华中科技大学,2016年从中国人民大学获得硕士学位(导师:王亚培教授),2021年从新加坡国立大学获得博士学位(导师:Andrew Wee教授和Jishan Wu教授)。主要从事半导体薄膜制备、表征与电子器件,射频异质异构集成、芯片堆叠技术等方面的研究,在ACS NanoAngew. Chem.等国际著名期刊发表论文30余篇。教授《集成电路工艺原理》和《半导体材料》课程,曾获学术新星奖,研究生国家奖学金,优秀毕业生,优秀墙报奖等荣誉奖励。长期担任ACS NanoSmallLangmuir Materials Today Electronics等学术期刊的审稿人。

Wang Dingguan was an Assistant Professor/Distinguished Associate Researcher at Shenzhen University. He was a Doctoral/Master supervisor, and a member of the National Key Laboratory of RF Heterogeneous Integration. He received doctorate degree from the National University of Singapore in 2021. Dr. Dingguan is interested in the synthesis of semiconductor thin films and their electronic devices, RF heterogeneous integration, chip stacking technology, and has published more than 30 papers in top-tier journals, including ACS Nano, Angew.Chem., Small. He teaches the courses of “Principles of Integrated Circuit Technology” and “Semiconductor Materials”, and has won the Academic Rising Star Award, National Scholarship for graduate students, Outstanding graduate, Excellent poster Award. He has been a reviewer for academic journals, including ACS Nano, Small, Langmuir, Materials Today Electronics, etc.
